Learning to Enjoy the Journey

Walking away from something doesn't mean you've suddenly figured out where you're going.

No Looking Back was about finding the courage to let go of things that weren't right for me anymore. About recognizing when something had run its course, accepting what I couldn't change, and finding the strength to move forward.

But what happens after that?

That's where Still Figuring It Out begins.

Because moving forward doesn't mean you suddenly have all the answers. It doesn't mean you stop making mistakes, questioning decisions, or occasionally wondering what in the world you're doing.

I've learned that starting a new chapter doesn't automatically mean you know how the story is supposed to go.

Sometimes you're making progress without realizing it. Sometimes you're learning the same lesson for the third time. And sometimes you're exactly where you need to be, even if it looks nothing like where you thought you'd end up.

That's what I wanted this album to capture.

Not the idea that I've finally figured everything out, but the realization that maybe I don't need to.

There's something freeing about getting to a point in life where you can appreciate who you are, acknowledge where you've been, and still be excited about what's ahead.

You can be proud of how far you've come without pretending you have everything together. You can laugh at your mistakes, appreciate the little things, and recognize that happiness doesn't have to wait until you've reached some imaginary finish line.

Some days are incredible. Some days are frustrating. Most are somewhere in between.

And there's a lot of life worth enjoying in all of them.

Still Figuring It Out is about that part of the journey. The friendships, the memories, the unexpected turns, the lessons you didn't ask for, and the moments that remind you how good life can be when you stop trying to control every piece of it.

It's about being comfortable with who you are while leaving room for who you're still becoming.

Maybe the goal was never to have everything figured out.

Maybe it's just to keep growing, keep learning, keep laughing, and enjoy the life you're building along the way.
